Conditions of Entry of LCC Ice Rink
Liverpool Catholic Club Ice Rink staff have the right to refuse entry to any skater who violates the disclaimer and or the rules & regulations relating to the conditions of entry.

The activities provided in this Ice Rink have a certain amount of risk attached, by entering the Ice Rink all patrons and their guardians accept that there is a degree of risk associated and release the center from any responsibility or legal liability associated with participating in an activity or as a result of actions of other patrons present or participant in an activity.
All skaters skate at their own risk, Skaters should be aware that an accident or injury may occur either through one’s own misadventure or as a result of another skater(s) and this risk must be assumed by the skater or that of the parent/legal guardian of any underaged skater (14yrs & below).
Liverpool Catholic Club Ice Rink will not be held liable for accidents within the complex.
Skaters should exercise a high level of vigilance & care for the safety of themselves & that of others at all times, parents/carers & guardians of minors should evaluate & consider the risk associated with ice skating and whether the sport is suitable prior to allowing the child to go onto the ice, Children 14 & under are to be supervised or accompanied by the parents/carers or guardians at all times.
