Party FAQs
Get answers to common questions about our parties and celebrations.
No, the birthday cake and candles are not included in our party packages. However, you are welcome to bring your own cake to celebrate the occasion.
Parents of guests are welcome to stay and watch the fun. However, please note that our birthday party rooms are specifically catered for the guests of the party. We have a full Coffee Shop/Cafeteria and Lounge Area available for parents to relax.
Parties typically meet in the LCC Sports Complex Ice Rink Foyer 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Parents should check in with the Ice Rink Staff at the Skate Hire Counter to hand in your guest list. Our staff will also assist with taking care of your birthday cake and any other items you’ve brought for the party.
To secure your party, please make full payment 7 days prior to the booked date. Credit card payments can be made over the phone by calling the LCC Sports Complex at (02) 8784 4800.
